First of all, I am so sorry for being so mia for the past two weeks. I was so busy with work and wasnt feeling very well. Anyway, the past week was fabulous with Germany winning the World Cup! Anyway, I was wondering what to put up this week and I thought I would put up pictures from Tumblr and Pinterest that inspires me.

As you guys can probably tell, I have an obsession with outerwear. Be it jackets, cardigans or coats, I love them. However, if you guys live in a tropical climate like me, wearing a jacket or coat wont be ideal. But I am very much looking forward to wearing them when I move to England in September!

I always try to incorporate outwear in my outfits. I usually wear thin cardigans or oversized button downs as an outerwear. I think they'll fulfill my outerwear craving for now.

Its only 9 days till Eid. May we all spend the remaining days of Ramadhan doing good deeds. Amin

As you can see, I wear very simple and casual clothing especially when Im going to work because I am lazy! To be honest with you, I would have worn a white button down with my new trousers but I just cant be bothered so I just chucked on a T-shirt instead. This is how lazy I've gotten.

Since I wear a head scarf, people have been asking me how I coordinate my outfits with the colour of my head scarfs. Well, for me, I tend to wear very basic colours such as black, white, navy and grey. As you know with basic colours, they go with absolutely everything. Here are some pictures to show you how I do it.

I really find that with neutral/basic colours, coordination is never that difficult as you just need to grab whatever coloured scarf that you have and you are ready to face your day! And also, if you wear the same shirt with a different coloured scarf and different accessories, it will bring a totally different vibe to your whole outfit, if that makes any sense? I will try to show pictures on how I would do it if I do remember!

Yesterday my bestfriend and I met up after work. We actually wanted to try out a new place to eat but unfortunately, the place was closed. But fret not! Derwish was just around the corner. Anyway, I have tried eating at Derwish about 3 times? Their food was so good! After that we had gelato which was fab! And of course, me being me, I had to pop into H&M and they had this massive sale going on but I found a pair of pants which were of course not in the sale (link)

So that was my outfit. I paired a grey scarf with the gorgeous shirt which is two toned (the top part is a grainy blue colour and the bottom part is blue and white vertical stripes), I think grey and blue go exceptionally well together. I wore the most comfortable trousers ever from COS. I got them through SingSale. This is probably the 2nd time I've ever worn my doc martens despite getting them quite a long time ago. I love them so bloody much!
